REFUND POLICY

At The Crate & Apple Chichester, we want all our guests to enjoy a smooth and reliable booking experience. This policy outlines how we handle payments, deposits, vouchers, and ticketed events.

Non-Refundable Payments and Deposits

All payments and deposits made via our website or in person are non-refundable.

This includes:
Table bookings
Event or function deposits
Prepaid food or drink packages
Private hire reservations
Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded unless required by law.


Transfers & Changes

We understand that plans can change. In some cases, bookings or deposits may be transferred to a new date or time, subject to manager’s discretion and only when requested at least 72 hours in advance.

No transfers or changes can be made within 72 hours of your reservation, event, or booking start time.


Gift Vouchers

Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless stated otherwise)

Must be presented at time of payment, either digitally or printed

Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

We reserve the right to refuse the use of expired or altered vouchers.


Group Bookings

Group bookings may require a deposit per head, which is non-refundable. Final numbers for group events must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in being charged for the full number of guests originally booked.

Deposits may be transferable to another date with prior notice and management approval.


Ticketed Events

Tickets for special events (e.g. live music nights, seasonal dinners, ticketed parties) are non-refundable once purchased. In certain cases, tickets may be transferred to another person or future event if requested 72 hours or more in advance and subject to availability.
If we cancel an event for any reason, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
